I used to feel lost and confused about who I was and what I wanted for my life.
I was a totally addicted approval seeker,
always comparing myself to others,
and trying to be someone I was not.
Not really knowing who I was when I left school,
I applied to study medicine, and was accepted.
I spent the next seven years studying hard, and then another
ten years in general medical practice, all the while
feeling like I was trying to be someone I'm not.
Secretly knowing I wanted something different for my life,
I finally found the courage to own my unhappiness
to leave medicine, and to focus on finding myself again.
That's when reality hit hard, because I discovered I had
NO IDEA who I was
or where to start finding myself again!
The next 7 years felt like wondering through the wilderness
...and then, thankfully, I met a friend who
introduced me to the world of life coaching.
Working with a life coach literally changed my life!
After working through a few sessions, I finally saw light!
Now I know myself. I know my worth.
And I know how to be true to the woman
God created me to be.
