HELLO!
I'm Kathryn Wiseman
I often used to feel lost and confused about who I was and
what I wanted for my life.
I was a totally addicted approval seeker,
always comparing myself to others,
and trying to be someone I was not.
Not really knowing who I was when I left school,
I followed the nudges of others to study medicine.
I spent seven years studying really hard, and then another
ten years in general medical practice, all the while
feeling like I was living someone else's life.
After years of longing for something different for my life,
I finally found the courage to confront my unhappiness.
I chose to leave medicine and to search for a way to
discover my true self.
That's when reality hit hard!
...I NO IDEA who I was!
Or how to effectively go about figuring it out.
The next 7 years felt like wondering through an
exhausting, fruitless and frustrated wilderness,
...and then, thankfully, I met a friend who
introduced me to life coaching.
